My weight loss journey with Releana. But I have been off the program for over a month now. I did really well at first and even lost a few more pounds, but by about the fourth week my weight had crept up about 7 pounds. I will try to post at least once a week. Thanks for reading and for your comments! Wednesday, March 5, 2014. Cycle 1, Day 3. Well, so far so good! I hope not. Its really not that difficult, once you read the book but it is supposed to confuse your metabolism which is a good thing. I needed to shake things up and this plan does work well for me.
